In-house Print & Layout Design

Working within the in-house design team at Elior UK, I am responsible for maintaining brand consistency across a vast array of internal and external communications. Throughout my career with the company, I have produced hundreds of documents ranging from high-stakes tender bids to nationwide internal reports.

The Challenge: To manage a high-volume workflow while ensuring every piece of collateral—regardless of size—meets the exact standards of the Elior global brand identity. These documents often contain complex data that must be made digestible for a variety of stakeholders.

The Solution: I utilised modular grid systems and bespoke iconography to break down information-heavy documents into engaging layouts. To respect the confidentiality of these corporate materials, I have selected specific sections and spreads to showcase here. These excerpts demonstrate my focus on typographic hierarchy, clean layout design and the ability to turn dry data into a compelling visual narrative.

Example Tender Document One

These pages have been edited to remove all company information and data, with the copy replaced with randomised words for document layout and design presentation purposes. This project originally totalled 93 fully designed and formatted pages, however only a small selection has been presented here.

Example Tender Document Two

These pages have been edited to remove all company information and data, with names and figures replaced for document layout and design presentation purposes. This document is shown in it’s entirety with the exception of financial tables.

These projects were produced during my employment at Elior UK. Due to the confidential nature of corporate communications, I have curated a selection of spreads and redacted sensitive information. All intellectual property remains the property of Elior Group.
